I made this baby hat for my daughters’ friend who is pregnant. Due in November/December. The pattern I used for the hat was super easy and really cute! I crocheted a little flower just in case she has a girl, if she has a boy I will put a little pom pom on the top.

I started this afghan the beginning of May 2011. It is a really easy pattern but takes a lot longer than I’m used to in making an afghan. I am over half way done, but it has been a little over a month. Here is the link to the pattern. I finished this afghan in mid November 2011. I put it down for awhile, then picked up doing it again. I made this for my boyfriend’s grandson. The photos don’t show the true color of this afghan, the second photo is probably the closest color. I used Caron Simply Soft yarn in a baby blue color.
My daughter is going to school at UW, so she wanted Wyoming Cowboys decor for her kitchen. Here’s what I came up with. The potholder pattern is from an out of print Leisure Arts pattern, the Coaster pattern is (…). I think it took me a couple of weekends to crochet this set, it went fairly quick.
